Points of Interest

You'll find a multitude of nearby activities to keep you occupied while vacationing at our cabin. We are on NYS snowmobile routes and hiking trails. The cabin is on a 500 acre farm on a quiet country road and only four miles to the village. Minutes from Partridge Run for fishing and hunting, Minekill State Park, the Old Stone Fort, the Iriquois Museum, Howe Caverns, Thatcher Park, Cobleskill Golf Course, Circle A Ranch horseback riding.Cooperstown, Gobbler's Knob and much more. OR, if you choose, there is a wonderful large porch and yard at the cabin to just totally relax and regain your inner peace.

Activities

There is a water slide park - The Zoom Flume - 20 minutes from the cabin in East Durham and Thacher Park is 20 minutes away toward Albany and Minekill State Park has a wonderful swimming area - 20 minutes away in North Blenheim. There is fishing at the many State ponds nearby - Partridge Run Wildlife Management Unit - a wonderful place to fish and picnic - only 15 miinutes from the cabin.
There are opportunities to Ski at Windam Mountain just 30 miles from the cabin and Hunter Mountain is only 39 miles from here. Both areas are wonderful for skiing.
There is a lovely golf course in Cobleskill, only 11 miles from the cabin and another one in Greenville, just a 30 minute drive from us.
